IMMEDIATE ALERT
“Operation
Gateway 2010”
To
Residents of Bermuda Dunes Country Club
Estates:
3 July 2010
BDSA is
pleased to announce the opening of our Main Gate
July 10, 2010 a few weeks earlier that
projected. You will notice the Main Gate consists of
three entrance options.
1. Transponders only and 2. & 3. serving residents
without transponders and guests. This action taken to
help eliminate back up at the 42nd and Adams
intersection.
This
was possible due to the efforts of the following
individuals and Companies:
Contreras Construction Company responsible for
demolition of the 3" concrete at our entrance and
replacing with 8" thickness. The stamped concrete, curbs
and gutters have been renewed to accommodate adequate
water run off.
Fred
Nolet Electric completely removed and replaced wiring on
exterior of the Administrative Building and the Guard
House. Also wired parking area to the east of the Admin.
Bldg to accommodate golf cart parking for Security and
no longer park by the Guard House. Replaced lighting
fixtures allowing us to reduce our monthly electric
bill. Also upgraded and arranged electric boxes allowing
a much better appearance. In case of electricity going
off, we have capability to switch to generator and
retain service at Main Gate.
Automation Pride Gate Company has upgraded loops and
wiring controls of Main Gate entrance and exit. .
Gabriel Lujan & Associates handling the engineering
insuring we have proper elevation of parking and street
surface.
O'Connell Landscape for arranging the mess of PVC pipe
found under the concrete and assisting in the removal
and replanting of plants.
D & P

enable us to bury all conduit under the concrete
resulting in electric, communication, water lines, Time

lines currently and in the future. No longer will we
need to dig up the concrete to add a new line (we hope).

basins. This required due to water run off and grass
clipping, etc. filling the well and basis capacity.
