BDCA/BDSA Merger

In the next week or so, the Community Association will
be mailing ballots and supporting documentation to all
our members regarding the effort to consolidate the
existing CC&Rs for the seven development areas within
Bermuda Dunes into one Master set. This will precede
the effort to merge the Community Association with the
Security Association. It is critical that a majority of
each area within the community return their ballots and
to do so in a timely manner.
